Compare all-phase form purchases with shared inventory.
How many compatible panel packs are simultaneously needed?
Use the matching calculator
Use this decision sequence
- List each phase’s required contact area on one common panel-coverage basis.
- Enter the actual release time approved for each phase; do not infer a curing interval.
- Find the maximum area active at the same time, including overlapping phases.
- Compare continuous full-span rental pricing with the supplier’s actual hire terms.
Keep the quantities distinct
| Quantity or assumption | How to use it |
|---|---|
| Sum of all phases | May overstate reusable inventory. |
| Peak simultaneous area | Controls this quantity estimate. |
| Release boundary | Panels ending at a timestamp are available to phases beginning then. |
Worked comparison
A 20 m² phase runs from day 0 to day 2, a 10 m² phase from day 1 to day 3, and another 20 m² phase from day 3 to day 4. The peak simultaneous area is 30 m², not the 50 m² sum of phases. Packs covering 10 m² therefore need three at peak. At an entered $5 per pack-day, four continuous days cost $60.
Check before using the estimate
Panel compatibility, release timing, form strength and actual rental billing must be established outside this schedule arithmetic.
All dimensions, product properties, prices and specifications in this example are illustrative arithmetic inputs. Use the values from your measured plan, selected product data sheet and supplier quote. This guide does not choose construction specifications or certify safety.
