Short versus long film rolls for continuous load wraps.
The same total geometric path may need more rolls when each complete load wrap must stay continuous.

A worked purchase comparison
For a supplied 1 × 1 m load, perimeter is 4 m. A 1 m rise at supplied 0.5 m pitch gives a spiral path of 2 × sqrt(4² + 0.5²), approximately 8.06 m. Two such continuous wraps need two 10 m rolls; both fit one 20 m roll. No stretch or tension adjustment is inferred.
Use your measurements and selected products
Enter selected tape or film roll lengths, stock sheet dimensions, supplier pack sizes and your measured in-place fill density. No protective performance is promised.
Supplied Carton Flat Blank Sheet Order Calculator
Develop four supplied carton side panels, a glue tab and flap extensions into a full rectangular blank for stock allocation.
Supplied Pallet Helical Film Roll Quantity Calculator
Add a supplied helical wrapping path and extra complete perimeter turns, preserving continuous roll fit for each load.
Specified Carton Tape Strip Roll Order Calculator
Count two supplied tape strip directions and end tabs for each carton, preserving complete strip fit in rolls.
Supplied Corner Protector Stock Pack Calculator
Derive supplied corner cuts from load height and chosen corner count, then allocate lengths and round supplier packs.
Measured Packing Void Fill Mass Calculator
Subtract supplied occupied volume from measured container capacity and convert remaining space with your measured packing density.
Printable Label Grid Sheet Pack Calculator
Fit whole supplied rectangular labels into printable sheet margins and gaps before rounding sheet packs.
What makes the comparison valid?
These are supplied geometric paths and product quantities. They do not determine restraint, package strength, load safety or transport protection.
Illustrative quantities above are not market prices or construction recommendations. Compare actual permitted scenarios independently and keep alternative orders separate.
