Pipe and duct quantity supplies.
Choose the actual material and supply form. Each sheet identifies what to measure, which product data to collect and a purchase assumption to check.
Continuous pipe stock
Read each required cut and the fitting takeout or socket insertion already supplied.
Prepare this material →Pipe coupling packs
Record the supplied chain of pipe segments and the explicitly counted end connections.
Prepare this material →Pipe exterior coating
Measure external lengths, actual outside diameter and selected cut-end faces.
Prepare this material →Pipe annular fill material
Measure the supplied outer void and actual pipe displacement over the filled length.
Prepare this material →Helical pipe wrap stock
Use the actual wrap radius, run length and helix pitch already provided.
Prepare this material →Rectangular duct jacket stock
Unfold the supplied jacket perimeter into full rectangular blanks including its selected seam.
Prepare this material →Round duct sleeve stock
Measure the supplied diameter and complete sleeve length, then add the prescribed seam allowance.
Prepare this material →Duct end plate stock
List the full end-plate blank dimensions and all measured apertures.
Prepare this material →Duct transition sheet material
Measure the supplied transition end rectangles and their centre-aligned separation.
Prepare this material →Duct shell finish
Measure the external straight or elbow shell surfaces actually receiving the finish.

| Material | Selected product data | Ordering mistake to avoid |
|---|---|---|
| Continuous pipe stock | Usable stock length, pieces per bundle and reserved cut allowance. | A centreline distance between fitting references may not equal the finished pipe cut. |
| Pipe coupling packs | Couplings per package and the supplied connection arrangement. | For a simple chain, internal couplings join adjacent segments; they do not equal segment count. |
| Pipe exterior coating | Coverage per supplied coat and container volume. | Internal bore area does not belong in an exterior-only coating order. |
| Pipe annular fill material | Prepared yield per package for the selected material. | Filling the whole outer cylinder without subtracting the pipe overstates material volume. |
| Helical pipe wrap stock | Roll length and the supplied end allowance or complete wrap count. | Axial pipe length is shorter than the helical tape path around it. |
| Rectangular duct jacket stock | Sheet stock dimensions, supplied seam allowance and cutting gap. | A net metal area can fit into fewer sheets on paper than the actual complete blanks allow. |
| Round duct sleeve stock | Sheet size, cut gap and the supplied lap width. | Cylinder area excludes a seam allowance that may push a blank beyond one stock sheet. |
| Duct end plate stock | Sheet size and complete blank fit allowances. | Aperture area reduces material face area, but it does not shrink the purchase blank. |
| Duct transition sheet material | Selected material's supply-area basis and actual sheet dimensions for a later cut plan. | Geometric transition area is a lower bound; it is not automatically a feasible nesting order. |
| Duct shell finish | Selected coverage, supplied coats and container volume. | A curved elbow coating face follows the shell path rather than its centreline projection. |
